Siiegfried  Meinstein, a 94-year old World War 11 veteran, has been unable to file his tax return because the IRS insists that he is dead. Despite his repeated attempts to prove that he’s alive, Meinstien has received three letters from the IRS insisting that he’s “deceased.” Meinstein said that his son told him not to let the IRS upset him, noting philosophically, “Eventually, they’ll be right.”
